This committee chaired by Patrick Achi, Minister of Economic Infrastructure, provided the Foundation with a list of the most vulnerable villages with at least 2000 habitants that have no school or health infrastructures, and no clean water.
A project team was also formed, including a consultant specialising in project management, a design and engineering firm and the Foundation team.
